Order Processing and Shipping: Orders will be processed after the store closes. Your items will be delivered 15-20+ business days after the order has been processed, not from the date of your order.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and will have access to your receipt and an order tracker. Please keep this email until you receive your items.
Shipping: You will receive an email when your order ships.
Important: Please provide the correct contact information when ordering in case we need to contact you for stock issues. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we may choose a suitable substitution or cancel your order. No Additions, Deletions, Modifications, Returns, or Exchanges will be accepted after the close date of this web store. These are custom items, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have ordered the correct size.
